Increase your dose each month until you reach the maximum maintenance dose. If you need to step down or maintain a specific dose, please contact our doctors for advice.

How it works:

If the treatment you’re seeking isn’t visible after your consultation, it could be due to questionnaire errors or temporary unavailability.

You may increase your dose after 4 weeks on your current dose. Doctors will provide you with a dosing schedule.

Each pen contains 4 doses. One pen lasts 4 weeks. Oral meds may be requested for 3-month courses.

Unopened: Store in fridge between 2–8°C.
After use: Keep at room temp up to 30 days or refrigerate. Protect from light.

• Wegovy: Use within 6 weeks of exposure to >8°C
• Mounjaro: Use within 30 days of exposure to >8°C

After dispatch, you’ll receive tracking info and delivery estimate via your email or account.

All injections are sent via direct courier in temperature-controlled packaging.

Check patient messages. Allow up to 48 hours.

Clear, recent photos for identity and treatment suitability checks. Ensure they follow current guidelines.

They may not meet criteria (clarity, lighting, accuracy). If rejected, retake and upload again.

We can’t process orders without photos. They are required for safety and correct prescribing.

4 days or less: Take it as soon as you remember.
More than 4 days but under a week: Skip and resume next dose.
More than a week: You may need to restart at lower dose — consult your doctor.
